This website is owned and operated by the West of England Combined Authority on behalf of the the four local authorities in the West of England: Bath and North East Somerset, Bristol City, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Councils (referred to as ‘we’, ‘our’ and ‘travelwest’).

Information shown on our website including in, but not limited to, “Journey Planning” widgets, “Journey Planner”, “Directions”, “Live Arrivals”, “Routes & Timetables”, “Explore Map” and “Travel Updates” (the “Tools”) is provided by third parties through data providers including (but not limited to) one.network, Darwin API, Data.gov.uk, Open Street Map, HERE, Targomo and Google Maps. You understand and agree to the following:

(a) Map data, public transport data, private transport data, traffic, directions and related Content (the “Results”) are provided for planning purposes only. You may find that weather conditions, construction projects, closures or other events may cause road conditions or directions to differ from the results provided by the Tools. You should exercise judgement in your use of the Results.

(b) Certain Content is provided under licence from third parties and is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to such third parties.

(c) We cannot be held responsible for any outdated information shown on by the Tools or delays to your journeys, and disclaim all warranties in connection with the Results and Tools, and will not be liable for any damage, injury or loss resulting from your use of the Results or the Tools.

(d) We do not collect any personal information through these Tools, but we may collect usage data to better serve our users in future tools or improve current ones, please read our Privacy policy and Cookies policy.

(e) Charge points locations are provided by Data.gov.uk. Some of these charge points may be privately owned and not available to the public. You must read the description and the title of the Charge Point and you should exercise judgement in your use of the Results.

(f) We do not provide or manage car clubs. The car club information on our website is provided directly by the service operators. We cannot be held responsible for any car clubs services, these are the responsibility of the service provider.

Fares, tickets and other third party information

Most costs and terms of use of tickets are set by other organisations and we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect or outdated information as unplanned changes may occur. We action any changes to information as and when they are sent to us by other organisations.
