Major Updates

Sorry but we're offline at the moment while we upgrade to a new, improved portal.

Important: The travelwest smartcard website is currently being updated and will be temporarily unavailable from Wednesday 29 March 2017 from 17:00. This is due to a major update which changes our web platform.

 

The travelwest smartcard website will be changing to a new web provider. This means that we will be able to introduce some improvements in the way you can top-up and use your travelwest smartcard. We have some good things on the way and you will see some changes in the coming months when you log-in.

 

Logging in to the new website. From 30 March our new website will be live. We are moving your card and account to the new site for you.

 

Please Note: The first time you log into the new site it will ask you to re-register your password. This only takes a minute.

The new site will send you a password confirmation email. Click the link in your email to gain access to your new account. We are sorry that we need to ask you to check your email, but in order to ensure that we are protecting your data, this re-registration is essential. The security of your personal information is our number one concern.
