Save money on hop-on hop-off e-scooter and e-bike rental
Sustainable travel should fair and inclusive for everyone in the West of England, which is why TierDott has launched the UK Access Scheme. If you belong to one of the groups below, you could save up to 80% on the rental cost of an e-scooter or e-bike.

Discounts apply on all pay-as-you-go rides for up to 12 months, with no membership or subscription required. If you qualify, all that’s needed is a smartphone to run the Dott app, plus an email address and a bank card to set up your account.
With discounts of 35%, 50% and 80% available, a typical 10 minute ride covering a couple of miles could cost as little as 70p.

There are currently over 2,500 e-scooters, plus more than 1000 e-bikes available across parts of Bristol, Bath and South Gloucestershire offering a great way to travel to work, the shops, or simply explore your local area.

Please note the following age limits apply to all users:
- E-bikes : 16+ years old + proof of ID
- E-scooters: 18+ years old and a full or provisional driving licence

How to apply
To begin, download the Dott app.
Sign up for a Dott Account and complete the ID Verification process in the app.
Submit a request for the discount you are eligible for via the online application form, providing the necessary documents. Please make sure to provide only the requested documents. Do not include any additional files, such as an ID or other personal documents.
Once your application is approved, the discount will be automatically applied to your future rides.
Terms and conditions
- Only one discount application per user per year.
- The discount can’t be used for purchasing passes in the TIER-Dott shop.
- The offer cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
By sending the application you acknowledge that for the purposes of TIER-Dott’s UK Access Scheme, TIER-Dott will process your personal data in order to determine your eligibility for the scheme.
