Strike action by some First Bus drivers is taking place this week. This will affect most city bus services in Bristol run by First Bus.

Metrobus and buses between Yate/Thornbury are expected to run as normal, as will First buses in Bath and North East Somerset, Weston-super-Mare and North Somerset.

Some service s(including the Airport Flyer) are running with reduced timetables while others are not operating. Check with First Bus to see if your bus service is affected before you travel Industrial Action | First Bus.

If so, you may need to plan an alternative route ahead of time. Over the next few days, you may need to to allow more time than usual when travelling around.

Local trains, e-scooters and e-bikes could be options. For more information visit National Rail or GWR, or find out how to hire an e-scooter or e-bike here.

WESTlocal, WESTlink and buses run by other operators will also run as normal and will not be affected by strike action.

See below for full list of buses not run by First Bus.
