Registration and booking process for individuals
Registration process
Registration is free. When making the first booking the information required to transport passengers is stored safely for later use, with their permission.
Call or email the office to book for the first time and register.

Voluntary car scheme
Swan Transport provides journeys made by car with volunteer drivers who offer a door to door service to your chosen destination.
We cover all social activities and health trips for older, frail, disabled people, socially isolated or those unable to access conventional public transport.
Operating across Bath & North East Somerset and, depending on driver availability, Bristol and out of County journeys are also possible.
Trips can be booked Monday to Friday with weekend and evening journeys subject to availability of drivers.
Regular bookings are also accepted for a range of requirements such as medical trips and social activities such as visiting family and friends, shopping, attending courses and support groups, day care and leisure activities.

Are trips outside of the core operating area accepted?
Yes, subject to driver availability.
Can people living outside of the core operating area use the services?
Yes, if they live on the border of the county and extra mileage costs are recovered.
Outings and day trips
Cuppa & Chat group meet once a month for passengers who live alone and want to get together for a few hours with others. This is subject to availability and is currently over-subscribed. Call or email the office for more information.
