Registration process
Registering is free. Call or email the office with your basic contact details such as address, phone number and Diamond Card number if you have one.

Voluntary car scheme
Available to any resident of Hawkesbury Parish for travel to any medical related appointment, 7 days a week at any time.
The passenger is collected from their home, taken to their appointment and then back to their home once finished. The driver will wait for the appointment to finish.
Covid vaccination journeys are free and special arrangements can be made for frequent intensive treatments that take a number of days/weeks of appointments.
