Park & Ride services to Bristol City Centre and bus service 505 to Southmead Hospital

Please note: from Monday 26th June, the Long Ashton Park & Ride will not use The Centre (T1) outside Electricity House, and will instead serve The Centre (Ch) opposite the Hippodrome.

Park & Ride sites offer an easy, cheap and convenient way to park your car and ride a bus into Bristol. The Portway Park & Ride offers fully wheelchair accessible services to Bristol city centre, and the bus service 505 starts its service here to Clifton, Bristol Zoo and Southmead Hospital.

Parking

  • 1500 parking spaces
  • Free parking and no need to display a ticket
  • No height restrictions, available for motorhomes and other large vehicles
  • Open from 6am Monday to Saturday – Closed Sundays and Public Holidays
  • Closed and locked overnight at 9.30pm (Monday to Friday) 9pm (Saturday)
  • Overnight parking is not permitted
  • Car park locked when not is use – if your car is locked in and you wish to retrieve it please call 0117 9222050
  • The Council retains the right to charge for the call out service – vehicle release fee £25
