At Travelwest we work towards bringing you the most updated information for your journeys around the West of England. You will see our brand and website promoted on timetables, buses and Park & Ride locations but we do not operate bus services.

Any comments, complaints and lost property requests should be sent to the bus operator responsible for the specific service. Please use the table below to find the operator’s contact details.

If they don’t deal with your comment or complaint, we suggest contacting Bus Users UK or the Western Traffic Commissioner – both exist to help customers and keep an eye on bus operators. When writing a complaint remember to include time of incident and the route, plus as much detail about what happened as possible.
